All employees at Caribbean Mountain Academy are required to raise their own financial support. We do this in order to keep tuition costs lower so that as many students and their families can benefit from our services as possible. We employees are provided with many benefits, though; including rent-free living arrangements, free meals Monday through Friday, kick-butt insurance, and more!  This greatly lessens our monthly financial burden, and therefore lessens the amount of support that we need in order to sustain ourselves.
